UPS Ground is used when Priority Mail is not supported by the shipping wholesaler. Note that UPS can not deliver items to a PO Box. We currently ship to Continental United States only.
- All sales (except special orders and personalized items) include a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If the item is not received in the condition indicated or you are not satisifed with any item you purchased from CropinStop, simply return the item in its original condition within thirty days of receipt. Contact Returns@CropinStop.com for an RMA number, and we will provide a product replacement or refund.
- Shipping charges are based on the total weight of items ordered from CropinStop.com at the same time. This may result in a lower per-item shipping cost when a single item does not satisfy the minimum shipping weight for the shipping method used.
- Orders will normally be shipped in 1-2 business days after payment has been received and verified. If an order can not be shipped as indicated, the customer will be notified by CropinStop.com or the shipping vendor of the delay. We will not assess an additional shipping or handling fee if multiple item ordered at the same time are unexpected sent in 2 or more shipments.
- Items shipped via US Postal Service will be normally be delivered in 2-4 days. Confirmation of shipment and expected delivery day will be provided by CropinStop.com or our contracted shipper. Delivery dates and tracking information for items shipped via UPS Ground will be provided by UPS. We are not responsible for delays in delivery.
